Because we are a small business, we kindly ask that you review all product details before purchasing. With that said, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help whenever possible.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be free of damage, odors, or signs of use
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@whitebirchandwillowco.com with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

To maintain the quality and nature of our collections, the following items are considered final sale:

  • Seasonal and holiday collections
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces
  • Opened candles, wax melts, simmer products, or fragrance items
  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging, so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing
  • Additional time for your financial institution to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
