Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

During launches, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

Local Delivery

We currently offer complimentary local delivery within 15 miles of Prescott, Wisconsin on orders of $50 or more.

If your order qualifies, local delivery will automatically appear at checkout based on your address.

Please allow 1–3 business days for local deliveries unless otherwise communicated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

White Birch & Willow Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. We will always do our best to assist whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.
